Pozzoli Competition 2021: sixteen finalist selected
Sixteen young pianists representing eight nations: these will be the protagonists of the final phase of the 32nd edition of the Ettore Pozzoli International Piano Competition, final phase that will take place in Seregno from September 28 to October 5.
A special jury (composed by Riccardo Risaliti, Steven Spooner and Yingdi Sun) has examined “remotely” the aspiring competitors, selecting those who have proposed videos with better quality performances. This is a group of artists able to give the event a level appropriate to the blazon of the Pozzoli Competition.

Federica Perelli, Councilor for Culture: “Confirming an international event in this historic season, in which travelling between nations is complicated due to health restrictions, is certainly an extraordinary challenge. A challenge that we wanted to take up by confirming the 32nd edition of the Ettore Pozzoli Piano Competition. I would like to thank the Jury for the work done in selecting the participants who will be in town at the end of September for the final phase of the Competition. We are convinced that we will succeed in proposing an event that will remain in the memory both for the quality of the competing artists (all extremely promising and able to bring great artistic quality to our event), and for the extraordinariness of the historical moment in which it takes place”.
